Robert Teesdale Report Card
Born March 12, 1892 in Rapid City, S.D., Robert journeyed as a young five-year-old with his parents, Reuben and Elizabeth Teesdale. The family settled near Bridger, MT. and by 1900 had an ample spread and fashionable home. The aspiring Robert left the flock and by 1914 was a business school student in Billings, MT. In the city, he wed Lovie Seek in 1917. The following year, an epistle addressed by his mother relayed to her son stationed in France, the woes and perils of the Spanish Flu. The WW1 Veteran returned home to farm and continued his civic duties serving as a member of the American Legion and terms on the Bridger School board. The Teesdale’s had three sons, Robert, Eugene, and Leonard; and two daughters, Mrs. Donald Wetherbee, and Mrs. P.E. Overby. Robert, passed in 1960.
