Pine Island School near Ryegate
Here are two photos of the Pine IslandSchool, located in the Big Coulee, near Ryegate, Golden Valley County, Montana, furnishedby my mom, Fay (Durham) Hoffman. Mom was in the first grade when this photo wastaken in 1931. Pine Island opened in 1915, and closed in 1954.
