The railroad runs right past Walter Goodman's; those are the tracks in front of the house.  In the field to the right of the tracks you can just make out a horse drawn wagon and people checking hay.  It gives you some idea of the vastness of the valley.  This ranch was just below George Washington Goodman's Elkhorn Ranch.
